Anja & Hein | Sunset Drive on Chapman’s Peak

I spent a Sunday evening with old friends, Anja and Hein, cruising along Chapman’s Peak in Hein’s 30-year-old Mercedes.

We stopped at a lookout for a while, hung around until the light started to fade, and eventually made our way down to the beach. Just one of those lovely Cape Town evenings where everything feels a little slower.

These are the moments I love photographing most. Nothing particularly planned, just good people, a beautiful place, and two people deeply invested in one another.

The kind of evening you wish you could bottle up.
